How Svertok works
Disclosures
The financial, affiliate, sponsorship and conflict rules that keep commercial interests separate from Svertok coverage.
Effective September 17, 2026Updated October 7, 2026
Current commercial state
Svertok does not currently run advertising, affiliate links, paid coverage, sponsor placements or compensated securities promotion. No current editorial selection or tool result is based on a commission or sponsor payment.
Company, earnings, public-offering, economic and calculator content is general information. It is not personalized investment advice, an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
If a paid relationship is introduced
- The relationship must be labeled beside the relevant placement, not hidden in a footer.
- A sponsor cannot buy a headline, ranking, favorable verdict, calendar status, source decision or correction outcome.
- An affiliate destination must use the appropriate sponsored-link attributes and remain separate from editorial selection.
- Paid issuer or securities promotion will not run unless it can meet the applicable legal rules and Svertok’s editorial-independence standards.
Financial interests and other conflicts
A material ownership position, issuer payment, gift, business relationship or close personal interest connected to coverage must be disclosed clearly or the coverage must be withheld. Issuer compensation cannot be hidden inside a generic affiliate statement.
When a disclosure would not be enough to protect editorial independence, the conflicted person steps away or the coverage does not run.
Risk, changing information and corrections
Investments can lose money. Official sources and event dates can change, and official figures can be revised. Nothing on Svertok is an offer or solicitation, and no article, calendar entry or tool predicts the price of a security.
A missed material conflict or disclosure is corrected under the same visible policy as another material error.
