Home/Tools/Account Activity Review

Beta

Account Activity Review

Review sign-ins, payments, and account changes in one timeline. Import a CSV or TSV file to get started.

This tool helps you review activity. It cannot confirm who used the account.

A magnifying lens reviews an account-activity ledger with access events, a change marker, and an account token.

Import account activity

Your file stays in this browser tab. Remove sensitive information before you choose a file.

The tool suggests common columns and activity labels. Unknown actions stay named and visible.

Before you import

Use only the evidence you need

  • Use fictional data, or properly anonymized and minimized records you are authorized to review.
  • Replace direct account, device, session, and network identifiers where possible.
  • Never include passwords, session tokens, cookies, recovery secrets, payment-card numbers, or identity documents.
Privacy, file formats, and limits

The review runs in this browser tab and is not saved by the tool. The file is not automatically anonymized. Refresh or Clear removes the active review. Downloaded reports remain on your device until you remove them.

CSV and TSV files may contain up to 2 MB (2,097,152 bytes) and 10,000 data rows. Spreadsheet workbooks must be exported as CSV first. Oversize input is rejected, not shortened.

No file is active.

Saved choices

These choices stay saved while you edit another one.

  • Account
  • Date order
  • Network evidence
Is this activity from one account?

This local review label groups the rows. It does not replace or invent a source account ID.

How are numeric dates written?

Use the detected IP addresses as network evidence?

This changes only how the local review uses the column. The original header and values remain in the source evidence. The tool does not look up, geolocate, or contact an address.

Edit columns, dates, and activity labels

Suggested choices are used automatically. Open this section only when a column, date, or activity label needs a different interpretation.

Activity labels

One choice applies to every matching source label. Options keep broad families and detailed actions separate. Unknown labels stay named and visible as Other source activity; an action name does not prove its outcome, actor, amount, or fraud.
